Your natural hair wash day doesn’t have to take all day! Don’t get lost in the natural hair products or ethnic hair aisles. Add one of each of these wash day necessities to your wash day routine will leave you with softer, manageable, and more moisturized natural hair regardless of whether or not your hair is Type 3, Type 4, or any natural hair type.
Clarifying Shampoos
Shampooing with a clarifying shampoo is commonly overlooked in the natural hair community. But it’s one of the most important things you can do for your hair and scalp.
Occasionally, your hair becomes overly dry or weighed down by product build up. A regular shampoo just won’t do, you need a little something extra to remove build up that’s drying your hair.
Maybe you’ve notice that your styling products aren’t working the same; this is another reason to invest the money in your shampoos, especially your clarifying shampoos like Ouidad Superfruit Renewal Clarifying Cream Shampoo.
If you don’t splurge on anything else… Splurge on your shampoo. It’s the foundation of your hair regimen. Your shampoo should be gentle, moisturizing, and nourishing. This sulfate-free shampoo is all of these things and more. It also works as a clarifying shampoo to remove product buildup, hard water mineral, salt & chlorine.

Rinse Out Conditioners
Sweet coconut milk and virgin coconut oil droplets are blended with organic aloe vera juices, then thickened with rich shea and cocoa butters for our conditioning base. Evening primrose and aromatic rose hip oils are stirred into our mixture, then pureed with a shot of nourishing vitamin E to create this strengthening conditioner ideal for natural, colored or chemically-treated tresses.

I have 2b/c in my crown & 3c an inch around my face & underneath section of my hair. No lie, there is 5 inches more shrinkage the inch around my face difference from my entire head! What can I do?
