
I recently participated in a natural hair discussion about “Projecting Your Beauty on the Inside Out” (begin listening at 86:00 for my segment). Diet, Exercise, Perception and other topic came up. In listening the all the guest, it was recommended to minimize process foods and omit dairy products. I’m a firm believer of the saying “you are what you eat.” I know that your water intake will directly effect how moisturized your hair and skin are. But this made me wonder “how good is it to eliminate a whole food group to benefit your hair?”
