Girl you speak the truth all the time. After I complete my KBB conditioning shampoo, I plan to move to a no-poo regimen. The question is what will I get..hmm…

The spray bottle is good for your coils AND even if you wear a protective style like braiding and sew in. Thanks for the much needed advice.

I co wash my hair regularly since I exercise and I’m still in search for a good conditioner for my hair. Thanks for the tips!

I agree with it all. I barely use poo and when I do I mix it with condish. I use my spritz bottle about twice a day and try not to touch my hair in between so I haven’t started carrying one. Also, I don’t use gylcerin on really humid or wet days.
